Globe Life AO is expanding its national remote sales team and is seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Sales Associates.

As a Sales Associate, you will meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about our services. Your role is to guide them through available options, answer their questions, and assist with enrollment.

Important:
There is no cold calling and no door-to-door sales. You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Associate, you will:

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom or phone consultations with clients

  • Present company-approved benefit programs clearly and professionally

  • Educate clients about available coverage options

  • Assist clients with applications and enrollment

  • Maintain accurate digital records in the company CRM system

  • Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service

  • Meet weekly performance goals and activity expectations

This role rewards professionalism, consistency, and strong communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

Sales experience is helpful but not required.
