Position Overview

Globe Life AO is seeking professional, self-motivated Sales Associates to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who value strong work ethics, accountability, and performance-based growth.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to ensure every associate has the tools and support needed to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

This position is commission-based and is not hourly or salaried.

Compensation & Earning Structure

• Weekly commission-based compensation

• Uncapped earning potential based on individual performance

• Average first-year earnings reported by associates: approximately $80,000

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations via Zoom, phone, and email

• Present company-approved products and solutions professionally

• Educate clients clearly and ethically to support informed decisions

• Assist with enrollment using established sales procedures

• Maintain accurate, confidential digital records and follow-ups

• Collaborate with leadership and a remote sales team

• Meet daily and weekly performance goals with consistency

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
