  • Explain and assist with benefit options tailored to client needs

  • Maintain accurate records and policy documentation

  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic computer literacy (Zoom, email, CRM systems)

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
