No prior sales or insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clearly defined advancement path into entry-level management and leadership roles.
Compensation & Earnings
Weekly commission-based compensation
Uncapped performance-based bonuses
Average first-year associates earn approximately $80,000
Long-term earning and residual income potential based on performance

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via Zoom, phone, and email
Present company-approved products and services professionally and accurately
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs
Assist clients with enrollment and account-related inquiries
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation
Collaborate with a remote sales team and leadership support staff
Work toward individual and team performance goals
No cold calling | No door-to-door sales
Training & Support
Full initial sales training provided (no experience required)
