What You'll Do
As a Remote Sales Associate, you will connect with individuals who have already requested information about our benefit programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
Clearly presenting available benefit options to clients
Answering client questions and providing guidance
Assisting clients through the enrollment process
Maintaining accurate client records in our digital system
Following up with clients to ensure excellent service
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
You will work with warm, pre-qualified clients who are already interested in learning more.
