As a Remote Sales Associate, you will connect virtually with individuals who have already requested information regarding our benefit programs. Your role is to guide them through available options, answer questions, and assist them with enrollment.
Important:
This position involves no cold calling and no door-to-door sales. Our associates work with warm, pre-qualified clients who have expressed interest in learning more about our services.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
Professionally present company-approved benefit programs
Educate clients on available coverage and protection options
Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain accurate records using our digital CRM system
Provide excellent follow-up and client support
Achieve weekly activity and performance goals
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, relationship-building, and results-driven environments.

Minimum Qualifications
