Role Summary

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This is a performance-based sales role focused on conducting virtual consultations, presenting company-approved products, and assisting clients with enrollment.

No prior sales experience is required. A structured training program and ongoing mentorship are provided to ensure you understand the sales process, product knowledge, and compliance standards.

This is a commission-based position and not hourly or salaried.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual sales presentations via Zoom and phone

• Educate clients on available products and options

• Guide clients through the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups

• Meet weekly performance goals

• Follow established sales procedures and compliance guidelines

No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.

Training & Support

• Step-by-step onboarding program

• Sales communication and product training

• Compliance and procedural guidance

• Live virtual training sessions

• Ongoing coaching and leadership support

Compensation

• Weekly commission-based pay

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable using Zoom and basic computer tools

• Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated

• No prior sales experience required
