Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This role focuses on educating prospective clients about company-approved insurance products and assisting them through the enrollment process via virtual consultations.

This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided. No prior sales experience is required; however, strong communication skills and self-discipline are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom and phone

  • Present company-approved insurance products clearly and professionally

  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

  • Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up records

  • Meet established weekly activity and performance benchmarks

  • Participate in team training sessions and coaching calls

This position does not involve door-to-door sales. Lead generation structure will be explained during the interview process.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic digital systems

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
