Position Overview

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote sales organization and is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term, work-from-home career.

This role involves conducting virtual consultations, presenting company-approved programs, and assisting individuals through the enrollment process. Advancement into Entry-Level Management and Leadership is available based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom and phone

  • Present approved programs and solutions clearly and professionally

  • Guide individuals through available options and enrollment

  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up schedules

  • Collaborate with a distributed remote sales team

  • Consistently meet weekly performance objectives

No cold calling. No door-to-door work.

Qualifications

  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with Zoom, email, and basic computer tools

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable
