About the Sales Associate Role

We are hiring Remote Sales Associates to conduct structured virtual sales consultations and present company-approved insurance products to qualified individuals.

This is a performance-based, commission-only sales position designed for individuals who are motivated to build income through results. Full training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required.

Sales Associates are responsible for managing client consultations, presenting solutions, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process in a professional and compliant manner.

Core Sales Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Associate, you will:

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom and phone

• Present and explain insurance products clearly and professionally

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Assist individuals through the enrollment and application process

• Maintain accurate and confidential digital records

• Follow company sales systems and compliance standards

• Meet daily and weekly performance goals

This role does not involve door-to-door sales or traditional cold calling.

Compensation Structure

• Weekly commission-based earnings
