Globe Life AO is expanding its remote sales force and is seeking motivated individuals who want to build a career in commission-based sales with structured training, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
This position is ideal for individuals who are coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable earning based on performance. You will work remotely, conducting virtual sales consultations with pre-qualified individuals and educating them on company-approved benefit programs.
This is not an hourly or salaried role. Earnings are commission-based and directly tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual sales presentations via Zoom and phone
Educate clients on benefit options and assist with enrollment
Follow company-approved sales processes and compliance standards
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
Work independently while collaborating with a remote sales team
Consistently work toward weekly and monthly performance goals
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
