Position Overview
Globe Life AO is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our organization as Remote Sales Associates. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a long-term career in sales while working from home.
No prior sales or insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to support your success.
Key Responsibilities
Present company-approved products and solutions to clients via Zoom, phone, and email
Conduct virtual consultations and explain available options clearly and professionally
Build and maintain client relationships
Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate digital records
Collaborate with a remote sales team and leadership support
Work toward individual performance and sales goals
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
Training & Support
Full initial sales training provided (no experience required)
Step-by-step onboarding and sales education
