Globe Life AO is expanding its national remote sales team and hiring motivated individuals for the role of Remote Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate, you will meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about our programs. Your role is to clearly explain available options, answer questions, and guide clients through enrollment.

There is no cold calling and no door-to-door sales. You work with warm, pre-qualified clients.

What a Sales Associate Does

As a Remote Sales Associate, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting scheduled Zoom or phone consultations

• Presenting company-approved products in a professional manner

• Educating clients on benefit options

• Assisting with applications and enrollment

• Maintaining accurate digital client records

• Following up to ensure excellent client service

• Meeting weekly performance goals

This is a client-focused role that rewards professionalism, consistency, and strong communication skills.
