Globe Life AO is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term remote career in sales, with structured training and a clear advancement path.
No prior sales or insurance experience is required. All new associates receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to proven systems to support professional development and performance.
Compensation & Earnings
Weekly commission-based compensation
Uncapped performance-based bonuses
Average first-year associates earn approximately $60,000–$80,000
Higher earning potential based on individual performance and consistency

Key Responsibilities
Present company-approved products and services to prospective and existing clients
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, phone, and email
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist with enrollment and account-related requests
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation
Collaborate with a remote sales team and leadership support staff
Participate in ongoing training and performance development
No cold calling | No door-to-door sales
Training & Support
Full initial training provided (no experience required)
Step-by-step onboarding and sales education
Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
