Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video conferencing platforms
Present company-approved products and services to prospective clients
Educate clients on available options and guide them through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules
Meet established performance benchmarks
Collaborate effectively with remote team members and leadership
This role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
Comfortable using video conferencing, email, and CRM systems
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Prior sales or insurance experience is not required; structured training is provided.
