Position Overview

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote sales operations and is currently seeking professional, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates.

This work-from-home opportunity focuses on conducting structured virtual consultations, presenting company-approved programs, educating individuals on available options, and facilitating enrollment in a compliant and professional manner.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom and phone

  • Present approved products and programs clearly and professionally

  • Educate individuals on available coverage options

  • Assist with the enrollment process in accordance with company guidelines

  • Maintain accurate, confidential digital documentation

  • Adhere to company sales systems and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with leadership and remote team members

  • Work toward established individual and team performance benchmarks

This role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales.
