Position Overview
Globe Life AO is hiring Remote Sales Associates to support continued growth. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and interested in building a career in sales — even without prior experience.
We provide comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to ensure every associate understands the sales process, product knowledge, and compliance standards.
This position is commission-based and not hourly or salaried.
What the Role Involves
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with assigned clients
Present company-approved products using a structured sales process
Educate clients on available options in a clear and professional manner
Assist with enrollment and required documentation
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
Collaborate with leadership and a remote sales team
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
Training & Development
No sales experience is required. We provide:

Compensation Structure

Candidate Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems
Self-motivated, organized, and professional
Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
No prior sales or industry experience required
