Role Overview

Globe Life AO is seeking reliable, focused, and self-directed individuals to join our remote sales team as Sales Associates. This position is designed for candidates who are willing to commit to learning a professional sales process, consistently follow procedures, and work toward performance-based goals.

This is a commission-based role, not hourly or salaried. Success depends on effort, consistency, and adherence to training. No prior sales experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are provided.


Sales Associate Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations via Zoom and phone

  • Professionally present company-approved products and programs

  • Clearly explain available options and assist individuals with enrollment

  • Follow established sales scripts, procedures, and compliance standards

  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain confidentiality

  • Manage follow-ups and meet assigned weekly performance expectations

  • Maintain consistent attendance, professionalism, and work ethic

  • Collaborate with leadership and team members in a remote environment

No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.


Training & Support Structure

  • Structured onboarding program for new Sales Associates

  • Step-by-step sales and communication training

  • Product knowledge and compliance education

  • Live virtual training sessions and recorded resources

  • Ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership support

  • Clear advancement pathway into leadership and management roles


Candidate Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems

  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Coachable and able to follow instructions and feedback

  • No prior sales or industry experience required
