Position Overview

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This work-from-home position is ideal for individuals interested in building a sales-focused career while assisting clients through virtual communication channels.

Sales Associates engage with assigned clients, present company-approved products and services, and guide individuals through informed decision-making in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and Zoom

  • Present company-approved products and services clearly and professionally

  • Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations

  • Assist clients with product selection and enrollment processes

  • Build and maintain professional client relationships

  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital records

  • Collaborate with team members in a remote environment

  • Meet performance expectations while adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools

  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • No prior sales or industry experience required
