Position Overview

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote sales team and seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Sales Associates. This work-from-home role focuses on presenting company-approved programs, educating individuals on available options, and assisting with enrollment through structured virtual sales consultations.

This position offers a supportive training environment, ongoing guidance, and a clearly defined path to entry-level management and leadership for high-performing associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Present company-approved products and programs via Zoom and phone

• Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations

• Guide individuals through available options and enrollment processes

• Maintain accurate and confidential digital records

• Follow company sales procedures and compliance standards

• Collaborate with a remote sales team

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Note: No cold calling and no door-to-door sales.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools

• Reliable, professional, and coachable

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• No prior sales or industry experience required
