This work-from-home role focuses on educating individuals about company-approved programs, presenting available options, and assisting with enrollment through structured virtual consultations.
New associates receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support, with a clear pathway to leadership and management positions for those who demonstrate strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
Present company-approved programs through Zoom and phone consultations
Conduct scheduled virtual sales appointments
Educate individuals on available options and guide them through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate and confidential digital client records
Follow company sales procedures and compliance standards
Collaborate with a remote team environment
Work toward individual performance goals and career advancement
Note: This role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales.
Candidate Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
