Position Overview
Globe Life AO is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our organization as Remote Sales Associates. This is a commission-based sales role designed for individuals who are coachable, goal-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in sales and leadership.
No prior sales or insurance experience is required. We provide structured, comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clearly defined pathway into entry-level management and leadership positions.
Compensation & Earnings
Weekly commission-based compensation
Uncapped performance-based bonuses
Average first-year associates earn approximately $80,000
Long-term residual income potential based on performance and tenure

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, Zoom, and email
Present company-approved products and services in a professional and compliant manner
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist clients with enrollment and account-related inquiries
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation
Collaborate with a remote sales team and leadership support staff
Meet individual performance goals and participate in ongoing training
No cold calling | No door-to-door sales
Training & Support
Full initial sales training provided (no experience required)

Candidate Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
