Position Overview

Globe Life AO is currently expanding its remote sales team and is seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Sales Associates. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in sales while working in a flexible, fully remote environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, conducting virtual consultations, and presenting company-approved products that help individuals and families secure financial protection. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.


Compensation & Earnings Potential

  • Weekly commission-based compensation

  • Uncapped performance-based bonuses

  • Average first-year earnings of $70,000–$80,000 for active associates

  • Unlimited income potential based on performance and productivity

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Contact prospective clients through company-provided leads

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and Zoom meetings

  • Build rapport and understand client needs and financial goals

Sales Consultation

  • Present company-approved insurance products and solutions

  • Educate clients on coverage options and benefits

  • Conduct virtual consultations to recommend appropriate plans

Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients

  • Schedule follow-up meetings and policy reviews

  • Provide professional customer service and support

Sales Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

  • Track appointments, consultations, and application submissions

  • Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines

Team Collaboration
