Position Overview
Globe Life AO is seeking driven and professional individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This entry-level, work-from-home position is designed for individuals interested in a modern, consultative sales role that combines relationship-building, virtual presentations, and solution-based selling.
Sales Associates engage with assigned clients, present company-approved products and programs, and guide individuals through informed purchasing decisions using innovative virtual communication tools.

Primary Responsibilities
Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Conduct virtual sales consultations using Zoom and digital tools
Present company-approved products, services, and programs clearly and professionally
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist clients with enrollment and application processes
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential digital records
Follow all company policies, sales procedures, and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with a remote sales team to meet performance objectives
Candidate Qualifications
No prior sales or industry experience required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
