What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct virtual meetings with families to explain life and supplemental benefit programs

  • Help clients choose plans that best suit their needs

  • Guide members through digital enrollment using our proprietary system

  • Maintain follow-up and client support via phone, email, or Zoom

  • Participate in weekly team calls and ongoing virtual training

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow

  • Full-time availability (M–F)

  • Must be based in the U.S.

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
