What You’ll Do
- Assist veteran families with reviewing and securing their benefits
- Handle outbound and inbound communication via calls, emails, and text
- Provide exceptional service, answer benefit questions, and process requests
- Maintain accurate client records
- Work with a supportive virtual team and meet simple weekly activity goal
