About the Sales Associate Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This position focuses on presenting company-approved insurance products to clients through scheduled virtual consultations.

This is a commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who are performance-driven and interested in building long-term income potential. Full training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Conduct virtual client consultations via Zoom and phone

• Present and explain insurance products clearly and professionally

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Guide clients through the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups

• Participate in team training and ongoing coaching sessions

• Meet weekly performance goals

This role does not involve door-to-door sales. Lead generation details are discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
