Position Overview
Globe Life AO is seeking dedicated and professional Sales Associates to join our growing remote sales team. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and prepared to work in a performance-based sales environment.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and continuous support to ensure each associate is equipped to succeed.
This position is commission-based and is not hourly or salaried.
Compensation & Earning Structure

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations via Zoom and phone
Present company-approved products and programs professionally
Educate clients on available options and assist with enrollment
Maintain accurate and confidential digital records
Manage follow-ups and meet daily and weekly performance goals
Collaborate with leadership and a remote sales team
Follow all company sales procedures and compliance standards
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
Candidate Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
Coachable and goal-oriented
No prior sales or industry experience required
