Position Overview

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This work-from-home role focuses on engaging with clients, presenting company-approved products and services, and assisting individuals in making informed decisions through virtual communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Present company-approved products and services in a clear and professional manner

  • Assist clients with product inquiries and enrollment processes

  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital records

  • Meet performance expectations while adhering to company policies and compliance standards

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer applications

  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
