Position Overview
Globe Life AO is currently seeking Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our growing remote team. This role is designed for individuals who are new to sales or transitioning careers and are looking for a structured training program, ongoing mentorship, and performance-based income in a professional remote environment.
This is a commission-based sales position, not an hourly or salaried role. Earnings are directly tied to individual performance, making this opportunity ideal for motivated individuals seeking growth, flexibility, and long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual sales consultations via Zoom, phone, and email
Present company-approved products and programs clearly and professionally
Educate clients on available options and assist with the enrollment process
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track client interactions and follow-ups using digital systems
Work collaboratively with a remote sales team and leadership mentors
Participate in ongoing training and performance development sessions
Training & Development
No prior sales or industry experience is required. All Sales Associates receive comprehensive entry-level training, including:
Sales fundamentals and communication skills
Product knowledge and compliance standards
Virtual presentation and consultation techniques
Systems, tools, and workflow processes
Ongoing coaching and leadership development
Training is provided at no cost and continues throughout your career.
Compensation & Benefits
